I Am Conference (replaces Impact conference) – This conference is designed for 11th and 12th-grade students. Students will:

• Be introduced to the conference theme and summarize their self-concept.
• Use identity-based goal setting principles to determine who they want to become.
• Use the habit loop to provide actionable steps to accomplishing their goals.
• Use their identity-based goals to prioritize their time.
• Evaluate how balanced their lives are.
• Provide feedback and reflect on their experience at the conference.
